Job Purpose:
1) To develop & implement the sales strategy in line with the organizational strategy . Monitor entire sales activity against goals in order to achieve the annual sales targets and ensure high market share.
2)Lead initiatives for expansion of the product & customer base
3) Fulfill customer demand to maximize sales revenue
4) Maximize OTIF in accordance with business strategy.
5) New Products & Customer satisfactions
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop & drive the sales strategy in alignment with the business strategy for the achievement of annual sales revenue.
- Ensure execution of the sales strategy for expansion & retention of the customer base, expansion, increasing market share and development of a strong brand proposition.
- Finalize, approve and monitor the budget for undertaking Sales and Marketing activities in line with the overall business objectives
- Conduct daily monitoring & review (W/M/Q/Y) on the following areas:
a) Sales & Receivable
b) Business Dev
c) Complaints
d) Installations
e) Performance
- Ensure On-time in full delivery of all sales orders with effective consolidation and planning
- PR and handling of Strategic Accounts
- Budget & Planning
- Participating in: Product Strategy, Marketing & promotions
- Business Development: New Geographic & Segment
- Analysis and intelligence: Give timely feedback to Product Management after analyzing market insights data to help in product enhancements and innovation
