Exp - 10 yrs+
The candidate should be taking care of all the verticals of sales (majorly EBO)
Job Insights:
Involved in strategic planning, forecasting, capital budgeting, financial planning
Driving the retail Key performing indicators like Value, Volume, Top bottom Ratio, ABV, ARP, UPT, Walk-ins, Conversion through staff training and implementing SOP's
Ensuring to meet not only Gross Margin ( GM% ) but also Net operating income for the Retail channel by streamlining operations, produce significant
Involved in brand building activities through existing & new Retail doors which reinforce brand image & increase customer trafffic
