- Xperia has been retained by one of India's leading manufacturers of filters, automotive components for all major vehicle brands to identify a National Head Sales (After Market).

- The position is based in New Delhi (preferred) or any other location PAN India.

- The Desired candidate should be a sales professional with 12-15 years of experience in after-market sales with excellent knowledge in after-market sales strategy and very strong network with channel partners with the capability of expanding the network and taking the organisation to the next level.

- Capable to expand network with 50 distributors.

- He/she should have the ability to lead a sales team with 50 direct and 150 indirect employees.

- Experience in the Automotive filter industry is preferred.
