Job Description:
Role holder would be responsible to manage complexity and change resistance with continuous communication and involving employees in the change process. The role ensures displays a systematic approach to change implementation by building the systems, resources and processes to overcome hurdles and facilitate smooth transition.
Candidate would also be responsible for timely disbursement of Retail Asset Loan Products in accordance with defined policies of Bank and in order to ensure statutory compliance of all systems, processes and practices. The role also ensures to delivers customer value through timely and quality execution and develops an understanding of problems and employs existing new methods to find solutions
Loan Disbursement & Team Management
- Oversees the entire National operations with key focus on process standardization, error free transaction processing and ensuring maximum utilization of available resources.
- Creates and sustaining a dynamic environment to develop opportunities and ensuring high performance in the team through consistent motivation
- Manage- all - operations & - disbursement related activities like non discrepancy check (NDC) with complete KYC norms, system Data entry FinnOne, dispatch process, data maintenance, record
management etc for country.
- Assists support to risk management, business, support units in containing exceptions to the minimum and help in resolving them
- Responsible for Custodian of disbursement related documents
- Checks of task assigned to reportees and processing of transaction with nil errors
- Adheres of Policy & Processes, Guidelines and Circulars rolled out time to time
- Ensures mandatory processing to be completed on same day for within TAT requests for cases and escalations internal / external customer
- Ensures online reconciliation of transaction and No issues / open items pending
- Ensures high energy and motivation within the team
- Processing capacity numbers as agreed with Business to be met (incl. managing absenteeism).
- Identify and formalize back-up resources for all critical functions within the unit.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by achieving service quality norms.
- Ensures highest service standards are maintained for servicing of all clients and maintaining minimum turn-around- time.
- Post Disbursal Documents Management (PDD).
- Manages Post disbursal disbursement tracking, updation and System entries and dispatch to Storage.
- MIS and Reporting and Other Activities.
- Generating MIS reports to control the - country and update the - top - management about individual and business performance.
