National Head - Personal Loans - NBFC

1. Responsible for setting up the Annual Operating Plan / Business Plan for Personal Loans.

2. Develop strategies for building up the channels to strength the Business Plan

3. Responsible to develop product portfolios for Personal Loan as per the requirement of the Business and Market

4. Manage the business on required IRR as defined by the company

5. Responsible for the over all sales Function and supervise and give direction to sales team

6. Responsible for opening up new markets are per the Annual Operating plan

7. Setting up the team and develop the strategies to achieve the Business Plan.

8. Focus on quality sourcing and achievement of desired productivity levels through continuous mentoring & monitoring

9. Maintaining the cost of acquisition at expected level

10. Should keep the attrition levels down to the expected levels

11. Creation of Daily Performance Trackers

12. Open to travel to all Hub and Spoke locations monthly

13. Responsible for the performance and behavior of asset quality of Personal loan book

Desired Profile :

- Candidates with minimum 15 yrs of experience in handling Personal Loans either from Banks or NBFC is required

- Handling a portfolio/book size of 100crores is desirable.
