- Establish business plan for the new activity

- Do a gap analysis of the current organization and recruit and set up team to support marketing and sales activities

- Lead the process of positioning and packaging new product line, including identifying, appointing and dealing with creative agencies

- Identify and use the best marketing strategies and media placements to generate highest ROI

- Collaborate with distribution team to ensure seamless availability of products

- Create a platform to launch other products through the same channel

- Maximize utilization of digital media for promotional purposes

- P&L responsibility for the business
