Position: Head Operations

The position is based out of Mumbai and would report to the CEO. Key responsibilties would be to:

- Manage day-to-day organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives and policies

- Manage day-to-day technical operations.

- Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plans for growth and profit.

- Implement improved processes to ensure workflow optimization.

- Develop and create strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.

- Manage customer care and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

- Manage Logistics and ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualification, Experience and Knowledge.

- Engineering from Top Engineering colleges

- MBA from a premier B school with minimum of 5 years of work experience in a senior management position in Operations/strategy/business development.

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.

- Should be aggressive.

- Should posses good analytical skills.
