Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical, Civil/ Manufacturing Engineering Technology or similar field of study) and systems training associated with Logistics Management, as well as experience in the Logistics sector.

Equivalent and relevant Logistics/Warehouse/Distribution experience in lieu of degree may be considered.

- Personality: Candidates must have the highest Integrity, be highly analytical and have a strong desire to be deeply involved in the business.

- Must have strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact and communicate effectively with personnel from all levels of the organization.

- Fluency in a foreign language is desired, as well as an awareness of different cultures and a diplomatic approach to any associated conflicts.

- Must have effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to fine detail.

- Negotiation skills are important since national and international communication is a pivotal part of the job.

Experience

- Essential - 15+ years of experience in the Logistics function.
