We are Hiring for a National Head - LAP for one of the leading NBFC

Duties and Responsibilities:

- To demonstrate thought leadership, conceptualize and implement the Business Strategic Plan, steer top-line growth, and deliver the bottom line for the LAP business.

- Preparation of Annual Sales Budgets and executing strategies that enable achieving the targets.

- Responsible for the P&L of the Business

- Drive technology initiatives for aiding business growth and customer acquisition.

- Appraise the management team on the implementation of strategies approved by the senior management and overall key metrics of the Business

- Understand the competitive landscape, opportunities, and market dynamics to build quick tactical mechanisms and garner business.

- Identify and drive Sales, Marketing, and Distribution strategies to ensure regular flow of business.
