Experience : 15 years + with extensive exposure to handling Investment Portfolio for a region /country level

Key Skills : Strong technical understanding of capital markets

- Ability to manage and motivate various channels to contribute and overachieve targets

- Strategize/plan focus areas for the months /quarter given market circumstances

- Meet HNI investors along with the team to provide technical inputs

- Revenue focus and orientation

Key Roles :

- Managing Investment Councilors pan India

- Achievement of revenue goals through Branches and segments

- Ensuring the growth of AUM's are per objective set

- Strategy formulation and implementation along with various branches and segments

- Work with fund houses and central support team on product structuring and positioning

- Work with teams so that all channels deliver desired productivity

- Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines

- Portfolio construction and review for clients at a desired frequency
