Responsibilities for the job:

- National level lead role with end to end responsibilities for Fraud Prevention & Investigations

- Managing a team of 25-50 people across products

- Retail and SME lending products related Fraud control and investigation responsibilities (LAP, Two Wheeler Loans, Used Car Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Digital Lending Products)

- Fraud analytics, reporting and communications

- Digitized controls in workflow process to prevent fraud instances

- Mystery shopping and associated actions

- Regulatory reporting related to Fraud and related controls / instances

- Stakeholder Management to support them with best in class processes with digitized innovation and controls
