1. Effective and efficient Implementation of the overall business strategy for entire Field Collections Team as well as Legal Collections Team.
2. To supervise, monitor & manage the Process Metrics for Early, Late and External teams for Field Collections including Conversions, flows, recovery, reposession, process management, customer complaint etc., highlight key risks and provide inputs for Mitigation Plan to achieve overall business goals.
3. Prioritization and allocation of contracts into internal field collections team (Early / Late), external agencies and legal process in order to maximize recovery rates
4. Target setting and monitoring performance through daily / weekly reviews to track performance. Presentation of MIS reports to Management on periodic basis.
5. Review progress of outstanding litigation and supervise legal team to liase with and manage external lawyers
6. Provide legal protection and risk management advise to the management
7. Manpower planning and budgeting as per the business volume and ensure adequate stafffing levels at all times. Ensure effective manpower alignment to drive bucket efficiency.
8. Define KPIs, mentor Sr. Managers / Managers, manage performance and conduct periodic reviews of team to share feedback and focus on performance improvement.
9. Define the People Strategy including learning and development, career progression, internal movement & employee engagement initiatives aimed at reducing attrition.
10. Liasion with support functions to improve team performance.
11. Ensure all teams are always Audit Ready and compliant with internal and external policies and regulations
