- Growth of Employee Benefits across all branches - PAN India

- Contribute to P&L of the company

- Position the company as an Employee Benefits - Broker of Choice for Corporate India

Candidate Specifications :

- Post-Graduate with 10-12 years of Employee Benefits experience in Insurance Broking company

- Should have managed Staffing and Sales targets

- Should be able to build a team
