One of our client a leading Auto Manufacturer, a part of india's top 10 business houses in India. Its footprint stretches over a wide range of industries, spanning automobiles (two wheelers manufacturer and three wheelers manufacturer, home appliances, lighting, iron and steel, insurance, travel and finance. Job description
- You will be responsible for the entire Sales function at the Dealership & Distribution network in the Myanmar Mkt.
- He should be able to manage Sales targets, sales volumes across the Dealership outlets.
- Will have to effectively manage and lead large sales teams. He will be responsible for the Sales Satisfaction performance of the Dealership and should have a strong understanding of the Automotive Retail Sales.
- Will be responsible for all the Sales allied functions like Accessories, Retail Finance, Insurance etc. and will shoulder the Sales P & L responsibility
KRA
1. Plan strategically a distribution channel which will meet Business & Customer expectations with regards to customers touch point pertaining to pre-sales, delivery and after sales
2. Study and understand standards and current policies in the industry as per the Mkt and put together standards for Channel partners
3. Define skill requirements/competencies of Dealer Sales force & Track Inventory of trained sales force at Dealerships
4. Design and setup a system to ensure ongoing compliance by Channel partners to defined standards on Infrastructure/systems & processes
5. Evolve systems and processes to run and augment dealer operations and implement them through the field channel team
6. Design Training Modules to impart process and systems knowledge for Channel Team and Dealership team
7. Monitor dealership business health and satisfaction index
8. Continuously scan industry best practices and identify initiatives to build Dealer capabilities, Dealer viability / break even as per committed time - work on individual plans and monitor closely
