Responsibilities:
- This is Strategic role who can bring in new process and structure existing ones
- Sales and distribution as core responsibilities with a sharp focus on customer experience.
- National Head for Direct Sales of Mutual Funds - B2C (retail)
- Employees spanning across geographies and Virtual Relationship management centres
- Cross selling and upselling to existing customers through existing channels and acquiring new customers which are not in the purview / managed by the existing distribution channels.
- Synergising with various teams to scale up initiatives.
- Provide technical support through strong product understating to ensure seamless product discovery across customer segments.
- Strong orientation towards the evolving digital ecosystem and high engagement on innovative digital and CRM tools.
- Analytical bent of mind to create opportunity buckets with existing and new customers for successful campaign management.
- Create recommendation baskets and execute effective communication strategies towards business generation.
- High focus on driving alternate investments
- Value proposition development through effective market feedback and thinking ahead of the curve to have strong market advantage / complete product suites.
- Strong understanding on opportunity creation and a high execution bias with an entrepreneurial attitude to make the direct business as the market leader.
- Very high on energy and strategic mind-set towards the business.
- Ability to manage large structures and align with various sponsors and Zonal leaders
