Our Client, a Leading Private Bank is looking out for a National Head - Current Account (Branch Banking) based at Mumbai.

Role Description

The National Head - Current Accounts (Branch Banking) will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for business growth, managing existing and new customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving profitability. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.

Profile:

- We are looking at individuals who are currently working in a Large Bank managing the Current Account (Branch Banking) at National level for the recent 5 years in his profile.

- We are looking at a Current Account specialist to manage the National Level portfolio.

- An individual with around 20 years of experience in branch banking, proven track record of managing large teams, driving profitable growth, and developing effective strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong business relationships.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to research and analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

- Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic.
