About our Client: Our client is a one of the leading NBFCs backed by multiple PE firms. They are now looking to build out this business for which they are looking at seasoned leaders with relevant experience in the Business lending space.

Job Description: As a National Head - Credit, Risk & Operations you will be responsible for:

- Driving the companies well established SME business by delivering a high quality of policies, risk policies and process framework

- Ensuring that right policies, product and risk metric are in place to enable the company strategic objectives

- Having an in-depth knowledge of SME financials and strong command in ratios in order of ensure that the right processes are set up

- Ensuring a high quality of service levels are delivered, driven by an in-depth understanding of customer needs

- Ensuring that timelines are met by an excellent management of robustly built automated processes and managing OTC and PDD

- Keeping abreast of new developments in the Market adjusting business strategies accordingly

- Ensuring the legality of their agencies which and keeping a check of valuations in place by keeping regular audits of the same

- Ensuring high standards and improving conversions

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be have 10-12 years relevant experience within Credit, Risk and Operations in the Secured Lending segment with over 2 years of experience in a National leadership role.

- You will have an in-depth Industry knowledge of the Business lending space and have excellent team management skills with a highly service oriented approach.
