Position Name: National Head of Operations - Caf Ops

Mandatory Requirement:(Skills/qualification/Location)
- Experience in Caf specific strategic programs/Store operations, Process Design, Team Management, Training & Development, L0 and L1 performance matrixes, Prep Times and KPTs Costing/Innovation/Quality/Food Safety and Hygiene.
- Knowledge of product development processes.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Sensory training and experience.
- 12-15 years of experience in Cafe Operations, PnL, team handling and ability to build a team of strong food and beverage personnel including city heads and Area managers, Food Safety, Food Regulations and Quality Assurance.

Job Responsibilities:
- Head of Operations- Run end to end operations across all cities and cafes along with excellence on NPS and KPT for Zepto Cafe. Launch new Cafes across cities and build a strong operations team along side.
- PnL: Strong grip on unit economics with focus on driving efficiency across the Cafe vertical.
- Ideation - Help the business work on ideas for optimization of Kitchen Prep times and enhancing customer delight (NPS) based on competition and consumer trends, etc.
- Continuous improvement - Continuously improve the brand range of products.
- Look for improvements basis competition benchmarking, consumer feedback, review and rating on eComm. - Build culinary knowledge
- Support marketing - Support marketing in BTL and micro market promotions.
- Forming product development process.
- Participate in brainstorm sessions to build strong bank of ideas & focus development.
- Concept development demonstrating understanding of customer policies/brand standards.
- Support the concept teams with repeat sampling when required.
- Ensure the Zepto caf's are above 90% in internal QC audits and run simulations himself along with his team.
- The candidate will be involved in all aspects of launching of new cloud cafes with in the Zepto universe.
- He will be be the key customer contact for all issues concerning the products we are working on, keeping them informed of any outcomes and making sure that all their needs are met.
- As well as new products, he will also have responsibility for improving existing ones and will lead a team of Ops. specialists who will help you get the job done.
Job Role :
- Leading the Zepto Caf Operations across the country.
- Making sure that all products are correctly prepared and packed with in the stipulated KPTs.
- Drafting SOPs along with the program managers and trainers.
- Building a strong QC rhythm along with the quality team
- Have ownership of making the business profitable.
Qualification and Experience:
- Degree / Diploma from Institute of Hotel Management.
