- Identify sales and business development opportunities for private and public sector belonging to but not limited to Aerospace, Space and Defence industries.
- Key accounts Management of customers in related sector.
- Increasing share of business at current customers and development of new customers to achieve sales target.
- Clearly capturing the key insight of customer requirement in order to capture the value that can be provided to customer. This includes assessment of techno-commercial requirement, customer decision making process and decision makers, competition analysis, key customer issues which needs a solution.
- Visiting targeted customers regularly to develop excellent relationships leading to quality information required for success.
- Lead and participate in all the customer and market development activities.
- Follow key account management principles and provide all time management reports as required.
