National Head Business Acquisition & Strategic Partnership
We are Hiring for the role of National Head - Business Acquisition & Strategic Partnership
Responsible for driving business expansion and growth in alignment with the industry's Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR). This leadership position focuses on revenue generation, global marketing strategies, team building across countries, strategic partnerships, succession planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with corporate communications directives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Expansion:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and approach embassies, insurance companies (domestic and international), medical assistance companies, and travel agencies to promote our services for the repatriation of mortal remains.
(1) Strategize and execute plans for expanding patient origins across various countries.
(2) Lead global marketing initiatives with a focus on specific countries.
(3) Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
Partnerships & Alliances:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within embassies, insurance companies, and travel agencies to generate leads and secure partnerships.
- Forge strategic partnerships with doctors & clinics, hospitals, government entities, quasi government organizations, private medical institutions, etc.
- Act as a liaison between our company and corporate clients to establish B2B relationships and secure business partnerships. Attend networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to expand our network and identify new business opportunities.
Profit Centre Head:
(1) Drive revenue generation strategies aligned with business goals.
(2) Ensure maximum contribution margins for sustained growth.
(3) Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, including sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Training & Development:
- Oversee training and development initiatives for the sales force to enhance performance.
PR & Communications:
(1) Ensure Public Relations and Communications align with corporate directives
(2) Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential clients and partners.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Stay updated on industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to HUM Remains Repatriation.
- Implement continuous improvement processes and feedback mechanisms.
Qualifications and Skills:
(1) Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
(2) Proven experience in international business development, preferably in the insurance, travel, healthcare-related service industry.
(3) Strong network of contacts within embassies, insurance companies, and travel agencies.
(4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
(5) Demonstrable success in profit center management, business expansion, and revenue generation.
(6) Strong understanding of global marketing strategies and country-specific approaches.
(7) Expertise in team building, partnership development, and succession planning.
(8) Ability to monitor and adapt to PESTEL factors (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, and Legal) affecting business operations.
(9) Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
