National Head - Back Office Operation - Banking/Insurance Sector

We have an opportunity with one of our client in Mumbai for Back office Operations

National Head Operations shall be responsible for building a future fit centralised Back office which shall be the backbone of business,

Ensuring six sigma processes, operational accuracy, adequate risk and compliance controls which are key to building customer trust for financial business.

Candidate should have experience in Banking/Insurance Sector in handling Large Operations unit,

Should have prior experience in the various facets of the financial sector as well as the various RBI and other regulatory requirement.

Post Graduate/MBA/CA with at least 12 -15 years experience in Banking/Insurance industry.
