1. Percentage variance in actual v/s planned after sales plans and budgets
2. Service shop sales
3. Gross profit % of service
4. CSI, Number of customer complaints
5. Number of repair orders/ units in operation
6. Retention of dealers
7. Number of Incidents resolved
8. Timeliness and efficiency in conducting trainings
9. Timeliness in conduction of all activities by the team
10. Instances of non-compliance to Nissan standards by dealerships across the country
11. Attrition in the team
12. Performance of the team members
III. Role Holder Requirements
Educational Qualifications - Graduate / Post Graduate ( preferably Engineer) / MBA (OPTIONAL)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience
- Essential More than 20 years of experience in after sales, in the automotive industry & at least 5 - 7 years in handling multiple regions.
