One of our Technology/Entertainment client is seeking to identify a National Head Experienced in Advertising Sales with deep and broad relationships across Agencies and Large Client stakeholders.
Core Competencies:
- Preferably with good, hands-on knowledge and expertise in digital marketing (or AdTech platforms.)
- Proven track record of leading Commercial Negotiations, driving Sales Results, Partnering cross-functionally, and representing client needs/perspectives to the internal team(s).
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs in accordance with organizational goals
- Track record of leading and mentoring large complex media deals with internal and external stakeholders
- Can thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment with a track record of high level negotiation and successful relationship management
- Ability to develop, communicate and evangelize solution-oriented narratives
Your Profile:
- 15+ years of Media Sales / Digital Ad Sales experience and 7+ years in a leadership role with direct sales team management responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Analytically strong with sales leadership track record from a publisher, consumer technology firm, media network or an advertising
