National GTM and Town Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Achievement of volume/value targets by Month/QTR/year for Domestic Business & allied exports markets with sharp focus on specific markets
- Owns the town development agenda and championing Project Leapfrog nationally. Will draw up a calendar in liaison with RSDM’s. Will be responsible for supporting the regions with inputs
- Analyses opportunities and chinks in region/town/town class performances, assess them against Market Potential, and develop intervention programs to address the same.
- Setting and achievement of Infra Targets (Manpower, Distribution Expansion, SDL’s Expansion, Van Operations, Direct Town additions etc)
- Set the right sales force KPI’s and relevant PDP frameworks for the year
- Will ensure right resourcing, optimum design and spans
- Will drive a sense of competition among the regions
- Will leverage Disha data extensively to drive town and geography growths
- Responsible for driving the Training & Capability Agenda for the company
- Will design and download training Programs for field force
- Energize FF through innovative and exciting incentive plans that will make them stretch for challenging goals and exploiting the market potential.
- Pilot test key in-market initiatives, analyze results and make recommendations.
- Will be responsible for all selling collaterals
- Design and run the Pay for Performance Program for Distributors nationally
- Demonstrate strategic leadership, customer orientation, company values, ethics and pride through exemplary behavior
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree in any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
