Brief Description of the Role:
- Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead nationwide direct sales personnel toward achievement of Company Sales Objectives
- Develop processes and competencies required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development.
- Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
- Hiring, training, development and retention of sales staff.
- Sales supervision ,Reviews and performance appraisals
- Develop and modify strategies and business models towards achieving Company Objectives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Delivery.) to address key business issues and/or opportunities.
- Seek Competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
