Key Performance Indicators:
1. Profitable sales growth in key ecommerce channels
2. Strong brand recall, visibility & share of voice at the channels
3. Category width, new launch performance and other category-specific objectives
Key Responsibilities:
P&L :
1. Create & deliver ambitious growth plans on key ecommerce platforms. Overall, in charge of business delivery at these channels.
2. Managing and driving results on channel marketing, visibility and consumer promotion budgets, in order to maintain channel profitability Visibility metrics
3. Maintain cataloguing and fill levels to ensure brand is well represented across all categories
4. Drive content innovation to improve organic reach
5. Participate in key marketplace events and ensure brand visibility in key properties Operational metrics
6. Ensure replication across multiple warehouse locations
7. Ensure coordinated supply chain functioning to maximise stock availability
Stakeholder Management :
8. Work closely with the marketplace teams, internal brand & category teams, supply chain teams and other stakeholders in the value chain on all aspects related to brand growth and sales
People Management:
9. Create a supportive and collaborative environment in which team members are coached, trained and provided with opportunities through development
