- Negotiations with CFA

- Selection of New CFA

- Streamlining of warehouse operations

- RD Flowthrough to reduce distributor inventory and increase his ROI and Increase Range availability

- Increase Modern Trade value fill rate

- Inventory management

- Freshness improvement

- Optimizing Holding cost

- Ensuring high Estimate accuracy

- Controlling Warehousing and Secondary Freight Cost

- Liaising with sales team and production team

- Ensuring 90% Fill rates/availability at DC point

- Ensuring 90% range availability at depot and distributor point

- Maintaining high depot/warehouse hygiene in terms of quality
