National Distribution Manager - FMCG

To put in new route to market in low share low reach geographies across the country.

Key Objectives :

1. Planning and execution of Distributor geographies.

2. Subject matter expertise on distributor PNL, ROI and WOW.

3. Planning and managing distributor operations across the country.

4. Responsible for commercial arrangement and delivery of distributor ROI, is key as we are adopting a different RTM and over period of time this should bring in substantial cost savings for us.

5. Cross functional work with finance, supply chain for brining value

6. Capability development in organization for distributor operation.

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for appointing 180 distributor across 550 districts

2. Responsible for delivering 1400 cr

3. Responsible for budget spends of 90 cr.

4. Responsible for development of 300+ team member on the role of company and 400+ distributor salesman.

5. Responsible for aligning different functions for delivering of distributor agenda.

6. Business Intelligence : Provide market information to Business Managers to develop right strategy.

- Post Graduate with 15 to 18 year experience in channel management specially to do with distributor appointment and operations.
