Position: National Distribution Head
Company: leading telecom operator
Job Purpose:
- To manage activities of distributors, in order to support the achievement of overall sales target
KRA's:
- Manage the development of sales distribution strategy and plan, in alignment with sales and marketing strategy, in order to achieve target distributors’ performance
- Manage distribution channels and build close relationship between channel members, as well as improve capabilities of channel members to be able to deliver integrated sales and services, and effectively attract consumers
- Manage channel members to boost sales volume from selling and up-selling products to end customers, in order to support the achievement of overall sales target
- Manage services to customers via traditional, key account, and direct sales channels
- Improve key capabilities of channel members to be able to deliver integrated sales and services
Qualification:
- Bachelor or higher in Business Management or related
- 10 + years experience in distribution
- Exposure to rural marketing and various channels of distribution
- Familiarity with international customs rules and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with Negotiation and Interpersonal skills
- Strong meeting and solution facilitating skills
- Effective communications skill at all levels including executive level
- Ability to build positive relationships and handle conflict resolution
- Good command of English language
