National Digital Product Manager - BFSI

Our client is a leading BFSI player with businesses on Supply Chain Finance as well as Corporate Lending. We are looking for someone to lead digital product initiatives as per following job specifications.

Key Objective of the Job : The Digital Product Manager drives the product strategy and executes the Business/Customer needs by integrating with the Technology/Engineering Teams. Responsible for owning the entire P&L for digital Commercial (B2B) lending products including automating and optimizing various Commercial (B2B) lending products.

Major Deliverables :

1. Create business offerings by demonstrating cohesive end-to-end thinking and partner closely with cross functional teams to define the work required to successfully deliver and realize a winning offering.

2. Manage all the aspects of product lifecycle, including strategy, conceptualization, user research, feature requirements, user interface, prototyping, underwriting, rollout and enhancements.

3. Drive the business numbers for digital B2B products such as digital supply chain finance, digital term loans, digital equipment finance and others.

4. Work closely with IT/ Digital team on the technology development and deployment.

5. Devise digital campaign strategy and initiatives to improve penetration and deepening.

6. Measure impact of all campaigns with the help of data backed analysis, and constantly iterating on product offerings based on feedback.

7. Be the expert for complete product solutions space by thoroughly knowing the product functionality, constraints, business process, value, customer profile and industry domain (across core processes), how it's used, and where it meets or fails to meet customer needs, helps teams solve problems through problem domain expertise.

8. Track interesting trends on emerging product offerings that are relevant to business. Build, and manage an outstanding product team, and keep them motivated.

9. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
