National Delivery Head - IT

Responsibilities:

- Maintain 100% uptime of POS and ERP application across offices, stores and warehouse across the chain.

- Deliver new IT infrastructure for new store locations, offices and warehouse locations.

- Budget planning and ensure all spends are within plan.

- Knowledge on cyber security and regulatory policies and ensuring compliance. Design and implement fool proof secure network solutions.

- Mentor and train front end network operations team in installation, configuration and maintenance.

Requirements:

- BSc Comp Science, BTech Comp Engg

- 10+ Years of relevant exposure,

- Proven experience in front end IT

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Comfort to work in start-up environment

- Analytical skills

- Retail exposure is an added advantage
