- Responsible for Top Line Business number for assigned categories.
- Creating and driving executions NPD plan along with Branch Sales Team.
- Able to optimize & manage BTL budget along with channel scheme & slabbing to drive business deliverables and market share.
- Collaborate & co-ordinate with respective category marketing teams to execute the brand wise/Channel wise/state wise value & volume plans.
- Able to analyse data, come up with insights and execute plans to drive categories goals, market share objective and sales performance.
- Influence field sales leadership team to align to Category, Brand & Channel strategy
- Develop impactful promotional concepts and mechanisms for Customer, shopper and consumers in collaboration with other stakeholders.
- Provide relevant information to measure performance and impact of all short and long term promotional activities.
- Understanding of various channel sub classification and their linkage to categories/SKU mix.
- Ability to manage POSM procurement and utilisations.
