National Credit Manager - Personal Loan - Bank

Responsibilities:

- Managing Personal Loan Credit Underwriting with a team of ZCM, RCM and their respective team and responsible for their mentoring, training and performance appraisals.

- Conducting Personal Discussion with the customer for high value cases.

- Ensure that all aspects of the credit business are strictly adhered to in line with the Group policies.

- Appraising proposals, conducting risk analysis & scrutinizing relevant documents before sanctioning and ensuring compliance with company's credit policies and healthy approval rate.

- Work towards better understanding on the credit policy and ensure higher level of credit certifications.

- Ensure that all aspects of the credit business are strictly adhered to in line with the Group policies.

- Maintain delinquency ratio below average and audit percentage below the peers.

- Manage CPV Agencies of PAN India.

- Maintaining delinquency ratio below average and Audit / PAR score for PAN India.

- Preparing and Publishing monthly MIS on key credit parameters like Decision TAT, Productivity, Approval ratio etc.

Required Experience and Skill set:

- 10+ Years experience into hardcore Personal Loan Underwriting, should be managing a Zone/Zones/Pan India operations with a large team size.
