National Credit Manager - MSME Vertical - Bank

MSME vertical is a growing business for the Bank. This is an important position that ensures onboarding of quality portfolio at National Level.

1. The position is responsible for overall growth and success of the Working Capital business PAN India.

2. Plan credit underwriting vision & outlook. Help in formulating the Policy for product growth.

3. Create & update credit underwriting policies & processes.

4. Develop and maintain credit risk strategy and policy by continuous analysis of Business and Collection trends, risk assessment & Mitigation thereof.

5. Oversees the performance of the MSME Working Capital portfolio of his/her in terms of growth (amount and client base)

6. Ensures productivity by guiding and carrying out constructive reviews of their performance.

7. Overall responsible for the control and recovery of loans, risk assessment, Delinquency Management and recovery strategies.

8. Assist in policy or product formulation with central team and prepare strategy for the business.

9. Identification of location for business and hiring of resources for the Credit team

10. Participate in review and budget preparation with Profit and loss responsibility of the department.

11. In coordination with the branch, credit & product teams, identifies suitable branches and locations for MSME business and gets the locations activated. Ensures proper goal setting, resource planning, marketing of MSME business.

12. Responsible for underwriting and building good quality secured portfolio.

13. Product knowledge at market level & market Segment is necessary.
