Job Description :

- Oversee the underwriting of the loans for Pan-India

- Review the underwriting process at Pan-India region and define processes as per available resources.

- Credit decision on affordable housing loans and mortgage loan cases based on policies, processes and merits of the case for limits beyond regional credit manager(RCM) level.

- Evolve credit appraisal methods for conducting PD based income appraisal for undocumented income customer segment.

- Identify and lead initiatives for process improvement and technology adoption for risk management, reporting and operations management.

- Evaluate and approve regional level underwriting norms as proposed by regional teams/ product teams.

- Oversee Identification and resolution of fraudulent practices and mitigate risk through changes in policy and process

- Oversee Pan-India external agents for verification process: Fraud investigation,

- Legal verification and technical evaluation

- Resource planning and management at Pan-India level for smooth running of operations
