National Credit Head - Retail HL & LAP - NBFC

- Ensuring achievement of organizational goals and objectives by directing and supervising team performance.

- Managing Retail credit underwriting for PAN India for HL and LAP.

- Managing retail relationships at credit appraisal stage & during credit administration.

- Conducting loan appraisals including structuring of transaction, guiding team for timely appraisals within specified TAT and presentation to internal committees for sanction

- Administering post-sanction loan documentation and disbursement; preparing sectorial reports and presentations for senior management.

- Projecting & presenting an action plan for coming years with specific focus on key market strategy & risk

- Approach to achieve desire growth with a specified return.
