National Credit Head - NBFC

About Our Client :

Our client is a leading financial services company in India with a diversified portfolio in multiple business. It is a growing NBFC with headquarters in Delhi. The portfolio is strong and they are growing at a rapid pace.

Job Description

- Responsible for driving risk/credit policies and portfolio management of secured and unsecured products

- Managing overall credit and risk functions

- Maintaining defined TATs for approval

- To facilitate business team achieve monthly/annual business targets

- To ensure adherence to credit policy and defined processes, TAT management, PD management, CAM quality and Fraud Risk Management

- Evaluation of Portfolio performance and benchmarking the same to Industry

- Drive new initiatives and capability implementation on risk management

-Responsible for collections, delinquency management, portfolio quality management

- Coordination with Operations team for disbursal process

- Hiring of credit resources as per manpower budgeting.

- Post disbursement of loan; take complete responsibility for tracking the repayment of interest and installments and ensuring timely collections.

- Ensuring that all terms of sanction including post disbursement compliances, project progress. Responsible for entire relationship management post disbursement.

The Successful Applicant :

Looking for a strong, qualified CA with 8 plus years work experience in the mortgage industry/ NBFC/ MFI/Indian bank on the lending side of business. The candidate needs to have strong underwriting experience in the said industries and has been handling team for past 4 plus years.
