Position- National credit head

Job Description:

- Managing the credit risk function relating to lending of working capital products including WCTL,WCDL and Supply chain funding to large/mid size corporates.

- Hands on experience of assessing large corporates, Proficiency in financial analysis to gauge credit worthiness including interpretations of key ratios and analysis of cash flow statement.

- Ensuring that credit facilities and loans are granted within the RBI regulations and Co's credit policies.

- Experience in developing /implementing credit assessment and rating models.

- Responsible for overall adequacy and effectiveness of the credit risk management techniques/process.

- Involved in designing and implementing credit policies and control mechanisms to review credit deviations and take corrective actions

- Strategies to devise and target correct/optimal borrower segment.

- Adherence to all regulatory, statutory and corporate compliance standards and audit requirements.

- Ensure adherence with SLAs for high levels of customer service delivery.

- Ensure appropriate Quality Control processes are implemented for assessing performance quality as per benchmarks.

- Interacting with Analytics as well as Technology Departments and highlight corrective actions to ensure dataflow, data-integrations are implemented within control measures and in the most efficient and timely manner

- Identifying best practices across industry which can be embedded into the system for building quality portfolio Establishing goals and objectives for his/her direct reports in line with Risk function.

Requirements:

- Experience Required: 10-15+ years of related experience out of which a minimum of 7 years in similar position/ responsibility in a Bank or Financial Institution

- Education: MBA Finance/CA

- Strong analytical and quantitative background

- Devised plans & contributed in the development of Credit appraisal and management systems

- Digital Lending Experience is preferred - exposure to customer application journey /rule engines/scorecards
