Brief Job Description:


1. As a National Credit Manager responsible for appraising & assessing risks for loans under the LAP & SME.

2. Also responsible for finalizing policies and setting up processes for quality underwriting.

3. Underwriting high-value cases PAN India.

4. Risk Analytics and key policy-making.

5. Work along with Business teams to ensure proper formulation, fitment, structuring, pricing and execution of transactions based on specific client requirements, regulatory framework.

6. Ability to shape the risk appetite of the product in line with growth objectives and Risk Appetite framework of the bank alongside risk-based pricing.

7. Analytical and evaluation ability. Understanding of data and ability to apply same for tracking portfolio performance trends.

8. Facilitate implementation of technological interventions like scorecards, digital journeys, and automation to streamline processes from login to disbursal.

9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

10. Skilled to manage collaboration across stakeholders and facilitate timely deliveries.

11. Exercise due diligence and implement robust risk assessment tools across line functions to ensure a quality portfolio.

12. Conduct/facilitate credit hindsight to ensure proper implementation of risk policies and procedures across verticals.

13. Analysis, Assessment & Review of Risk policies and product modification and new lending programs based on market trends, competition landscape & delinquency trends of Internal & External portfolios.

14. Conduct process gap analysis to streamline and create error free process flow.

15. Attend all External/Internal Audit queries and ensure timely submission of required clarification/data/documents.

Qualifications:

- 12-15 years of experience in credit card risk management or equivalent training and experience preferably in the financial services industry

- Proven ability to apply credit and risk principles toward business goals

- Demonstrated ability to synthesize and prioritize

- Proven ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational and analytic skills

Education:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience, preferably BE/B.Tech

- PGDM or + Equivalent from an A grade institute

- CA / ICWA / CFA / Equivalent
