Job Description - Head Credit for Affordable housing segment

CA must with credit experience in evaluating complex proposals

Client Details

Our client is one of the leading NBFC with a growing affordable housing segment portfolio.

Description

1. Co-partner with business team to achieve projected business targets.

2. Lead a team of credit approvers to ensure building quality portfolio and manage delinquencies.

3. Manage end to end credit approval and disbursement process at HUB region within given Turnaround time (TAT).

4. Co-ordinate with the recoveries team and generate business insights.

5. Responsible for fraud management, Retail Legal and Technical to mitigate risk activities.

6. Develop, review and institutionalize credit appraisal process and policies

7. Engage in development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programs and providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team members across levels.

8. Work closely with recoveries and analytics team to generate business insights.

9. Monitors and control the performance of loan portfolio especially high ticket loans.

10. Manage credit appraisal and allied costs within allocated budget.

11. Submits monthly credit statistics and reports to Senior Management.

Profile :

CA with 15+ years work experience and you will be reporting to MD/ CEO of the company with experience into-

1. Business Orientation.

2. Credit evaluation experience where complex credits and financial structuring are involved

3. Strong understanding of financials across Industries.

4. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

5. A team player who can manage efficiently in a changing environment.

6. Excellent organizing ability and highly developed time management skills.

7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to complete assigned responsibilities in a fast-paced changing environment.

8. High level of analytical skill.
