National Coordinator - Bancassurance - General Insurance

We have been retained to hire a "National Coordinator - Bancassurance" for a leading General Insurance client.

- Building & Maintaining Strategic level relationship with the Senior Management of Bank partners.

- Identifying prospective clients & maintaining relationship with the existing clients to strategically secure profitable business from them, thereby achieve business targets.

- Team Management - Handling a team of employees & driving business through them by leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales function and meeting of individual & group targets.

- Designing & Implementation of Sales Contests/events, at various levels to gain bank mindshare and business penetration.

- Responsible for top line financial targets as well as bottom line profitability for the accounts.

- Responsible to build an excellent rapport with external as well as internal customer.

The Person:

- Post Graduate with 10-12 years in banca / bancassurance channel coordination from General Insurance industry.

- From General Insurance background with working knowledge technical aspect of bancassurance.
