- Head the Channel Partner desk team.
- Manage/Resolve/Approve the requirements of the channel partners/sub brokers. Total channel partners pan India are 10000 in number.
- Build strategies to help achieve revenue and sales targets by Sub Brokers for Pan India region.
- Regular communication on products, markets and sales tools to all the Sub Brokers / IFA's.
- Responsible for planning and executing activities for the channel as well as partners resulting in business growth.
- Assessing training requirements to Franchisee and RM
- Ensure execution of strategies rolled out in the region.
- Contest designing for Franchisee as well as RM
- Benchmarking with Competitors in areas of Business Development
- Designing RNR for Franchisees
- MIS generation and keeping tap on it (Target Review meetings)
- Co ordination with Business Head in various revenue related MIS
- Active Participation in Marketing Programs
- Feedback on Business Improvement
- Working with Strategic team for Mass projects
