Job Description - The job involves managing entire P&L for the business. It is a PAN India role to manage entire category for managing and scaling business.

The client is a large multinational organisation in FMCG sector. They are looking for a National Sales Manager to manage their professional business channel- salon channel.
Description
The key responsibility of this position would be:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
- Analyse and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements
- Assist marketing group in monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
- Assist sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
- Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales
- Review and analyse sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
- Mandatory experience of handling salon sales
- Excellent communication
- Large team management experience
