The client is handling over Rs 600 Crore worth of purchase and delivery per annum.

Job Description - NATIONAL BUSINESS HEAD

Role

- Participate in regular business reviews, vendor relationship management activities, workforce planning budgeting activities in coordination with internal teams.

- Should have a proven track record of managing large team & meeting targets

- Interact at all levels of the customers and identify opportunities.

- Understanding business requirements and pitch compatible product to the potential prospects.

- Responsible for preparing the proposals for sales and preparing RFPs, RFQ's and RFIs.

- Preparation of pre-sales material like datasheets, flyers, product comparisons etc.

- Work closely with various internal groups to understand business requirements, implement new processes and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

- Monitoring the Inventory and placing the orders accordingly. One point of contact for all vendors for negotiations, placing orders and follow ups.

- Coordination with the Principal companies for any technical queries related to tenders, taking price information. Also taking care of any other product purchases from different vendors.

- Tender preparation and submission (Online and offline) and Coordination for arrangement of documentation etc. for DGS&D tenders and inspection.

- Own and managing all Billing & Invoice related activities for the account and will be responsible for lowering AR.

- Work with Logistics team in handling operations/projects and monitoring dispatches.

- Assemble forecast information to drive sales prioritization.

- Work closely with Sales Team to deliver timely, accurate and actionable business performance information to the management.

- Support all the regional sales team with price information, product comparison and market trends.

- Own all reporting and analysis of Sales Operations including of sales data to identify key business drivers, and recommendations to management based upon analysis.

- Compile, run, analyze and distribute periodic sales and Sales Management related reports.

- Creation of ad-hoc reports and presentation to support various initiatives.

- Provide trend, market and competitive research analysis.

- Provide trend, market and competitive research analysis

- Deep analysis of sales data to identify key business drivers, and recommendations to management based upon analysis.

- Responsible for accurate forecast of revenue and growth opportunities in region / segment

- Coordinating and interfacing with internal product development and marketing teams.

- Meeting regular sales targets and increasing revenue for new strategic products

- Developing and managing relationship with specifies, builders, contractors and channel partners.

- Manage key accounts, execute plans and strategies.

- Identifying project requirement and ensuring approvals for make inclusion in tenders.

- Keeping a track of projects and ensure sales closer.

- Sales prospecting and expanding reach to develop new accounts.

- Making presentations for clients detailing the product specifications, configurations and uspscx.

- Managing promotional events such as meets and seminars.

- Maintaining MIS to facilitate sales forecasting and strategic planning.
