- Strategize, plan, setting goals, & leading teams

- Build a distribution network & by onboarding more partners

- Establishng culture of collaboration, integration that enhances revenue & cost optimization

Profile :

- MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School

- More than 10 years of experience in merchant acquisition in channel sale

- Should have worked in P&L and revenue ownership role

- Broad understanding of widely distributed Consumer Facing Industry.

- Thorough knowledge of modern management principles, practices, current trends in the industry.

- Experience of working in diverse markets and successful track record of achieving sales, brand building, network development & profit target

- Experience in effectively representing organisational needs with an understanding of the broader economic demands.

- Seasoned and successful leader, preferably with experience in a major & complex industry ororganization in a competitive market segment.

- Experience operating effectively in a complex decision-making setting.

- Experience working in a complex environment where there may be conflicting objectives, the person should have the ability to achieve a balance in competing agendas.
