National Head of Business - B2B/hotel acquisition


Position Overview:

As the National Sales Head for Hotel Projects, you will be the face of our company in the hospitality sector. Your primary responsibility will be to network, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the hotel industry, including but not limited to hotel owners, developers, contractors, and procurement consultants. You will have a pivotal role in driving our growth in India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Cultivate and establish strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality sector.

2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate and expand our market presence in India.

3. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

5. Market Analysis: Regularly analyse market trends, identify potential business opportunities, and forecast sales potential.

6. Reporting: Provide regular updates to the senior management team on sales progress, challenges, and market insights.

Qualifications:

1. Education: MBA from a reputed institution.

2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in the hospitality sector.

3. Skills: Excellent networking skills, strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and an in-depth understanding of the hotel procurement process.

4. Personality Traits: Highly motivated, results-driven, and adept at building and maintaining relationships.

Requirements:

1. Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, hotel developers, hotel operators, contractors, procurement companies is a must

2. Experience in pitching to and closing large hospitality projects is a must
