We are hiring for a National Level Brand Manager for a leading QSR Brand, based out of any location in India. The ideal candidate should have :

- Preferred prior experience in strategic brand manager/ managing brand & marketing initiatives

- Relationship management at CXO levels

- Excellent presentation creation skills

- Should be able to address a large audience

- Open to travel and agile

The Job responsibilities will involve

Marketing & Strategy:-

- Develop Marketing plan monthly & quarterly basis to foster

- Setting sales budgets and gauge daily/weekly store performances, work with ops team to provide on spot support and achieve targets

- Growth of business at store level

- Growth of online and delivery business

- Growth of overall brand awareness and recall

- Devise local store marketing (LSM) strategy

- Develop new store opening strategy

- Develop Promotional/Tactical campaigns for acquisition or retention or reactivation of lapsed users

- Spearheading new media like CRM/Loyalty/Whatsapp etc to propel tactical campaign growth

- Spearheading marketing campaigns across mainstream and digital platforms

- Analysing sales and product data (day-part, week-part) to recommend marketing strategies

- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements

- Develop PR Strategy - Liasoning with the PR agency and Media Houses

Creative development & execution


- Develop BRAND & CREATIVE strategies for the brands being handled

- Develop and execute - ATL/BTL/Digital Campaigns across brand/store/promotions/offer levels.

- Cross-functional & Creative/media/digital/Insight agency collaborations.

- Write briefs for agencies and the creative teams to execute the plan

- Build content in line with the brand strategy

- Ensure all brand touch-points are cohesive and in-line with brand strategy

- Plan and execute photoshoots/videoshoots

- Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends

- Keen eye for details for ensure uniformity of store vm and look & feel of the brand

- Driving store VM & execution of collaterals

Social, Community & IP creations

- Maintain social media pages and online brand touchpoint

- Community management

- Content and influencer integrations, AV Productions including TVCs.

- Conducting research and analysing data to identify, segment and define audiences - Develop a community of customers to get feedback from and conduct customer surveys to drive strategy

- Use of CRM tools to drive consumer understanding & activation.

- Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions, consumer events and properties - stall supervision and creation - ensure brand standards and

- Promotion of these events through social media and other BTL/ATL activities

Competencies /Experience:

- Preferred prior experience in Client Servicing/Loyalty Programs/marketing team

- Understanding of business processes & Strategic business focus

- Ideation and creative thinking

- Ability to drive team and cross function for focused outcome

- Strong communication & relationship skills
