National Agency Lead
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- National agency lead for the Advertising & Media agencies in India.
- Responsible to lead a team and drive revenue growth from set of agencies across key Zee Digital businesses which include News, Lifestyle & OTT
- Experience in managing key clients & large & independent media agencies alike.
- Candidate should have managed advertisers across sectors and nurtured long term relationships with them to drive business growth.
- Should be adept in understanding & converting brand needs into business opportunities by communicating clearly & effectively across teams both internally & externally.
- Responsible for Increasing Agency Revenue + 30% on achieved Revenue of 2021-2022.
- Ensure Network presence in Client Deals and Brief from agencies
- Is proficient in Revenue Management|Keeps a tap on Monthly basis on VD lead deal with agencies| Responsible for maintaining monthly Run Rate
- Deep analysis and strategy to evalngalise Dormant clients
- Suggestions on gaps in plan to agencies where Zee Digital is missing
- Conduct Degrowth sessions for clients in tandem with agencies
- Make presentations on Revenue plan -give customised packages).Fix Road Shows|Fix Topics with Focus Products for Knowledge Sharing Sessions.
- Ensure smooth on ground execution with negligible friction with Direct Sales Team| Shadow Mapping of Revenue with Sales .
- Strategise Sale Calls domainwise| Agency Relation Calls as bridge between Direct Sales team and the agency
- Front lead any operational issues between Zee Digital and the Agencies. Go to service Unit for Agencies
