Role Title: National Account Manager
Level - Sr.Executive / AM Level.
Department Enterprise Business
Location: Mumbai
Package: Max 9.50 lpa (CTC)
ROLE PURPOSE
- To manage sales thru Mumbai based Key Accounts.
- To identify, develop, support service and grow business in listed account sets thru voice and data products.
Key Accountabilities
- Net Adds
- To ensure over achievement of Nett add* target for all Key accounts based in Mumbai thru voice connections ( Hunting accounts)
- Revenue ( Voice and data)
- To maintain and grow revenue in listed accounts (Farming Accounts).
- New Business/Account Management.
- Ensure penetration of new products in each account set
- Grow revenue thru penetration of data products.
- Process Management
- Limit exceptions to sales/service processes requirement to < 10%.
- Ensure healthy contribution level in line with Central Enterprise guidelines *
Qualifications
- Graduate ( preferably MBA )
Professional skills
- Account management capabilities.
Previous role related experience
- A proven track record in meeting revenue and number targets.
Desired attitudes or behavior (competencies)
- Strong analytical & conceptual skills in numbers/revenue scenario planning. A systemic orientation to implementation of campaigns.
