National Account Manager_NAM
- To manage sales Accounts mapped.
- To identify, develop, support service and grow business in listed account sets through total telecom philosophy with a clear focus on Fixed Line products.
Financial (Limits/Mandates Etc.) :
- The incumbent would be responsible for achieving revenue target and increasing the revenue market share in his/her set of accounts.
- The role holder will be responsible for increasing / maintaining the Net ARPU of mobile customers.
- The role holder would be responsible for delivering targeted mobility voice/non-voice gross adds.
Non Financial :
- Driving a customer focused approach would be a critical dimension of the role with high focus on service differentiation.
- Account penetration will be the key focus areas and the incumbent will provide the impetus for innovation and change in circle operations.
- Selling FLD products will be the main focus area.
Typical Outputs :
- Increase in revenue.
- Increase account penetration.
- Increase in Subscriber base.
- Net ARPU to be grown.
